Please note that items must be in their original and unused condition, and must be returned in the same way it was received. The customer will bear the shipping costs to return the products.
Once we receive the returned products and confirm that they are in good condition, we will refund the full amount paid to the customer, or we will exchange the product for another product as desired by the customer.
Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded and that it may take some time to process the refund due to the processing procedures of banks and financial institutions.
